John Graham's seventh solo exhibition Transitional Landscapes showcasing
oil paintings painted between 2004 -2006 is currently being held from 30th
June - 20 August. . This exhibition, arranged by Gallery One -1 Queens Street

A series of new works based on animals and humans, cruelty, indifference, love and war.


WATERHOUSE NATURAL HISTORY ART PRIZE - 2006 John Graham's
painting "Tandanus Catfish"
has been selected for inclusion in the years Waterhouse Natural History Art
Prize. This is the second year John's work has been accepted for display in
this Art Prize. The Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize 2006 is being displayed
in the ETSA Utilities Gallery at the South Australian Museum between Saturday
5th August and the 10 September. This work is a portrait of John's pet catfish,
Phillip, a Tandanus Catfish native to Eastern Australia

COMMUNITY COLLECTIONS
A selection of John Grahams collection of African and Indian Tribal and Ethnographic Art will be on display at The Melbourne Museum from the 9 - 15 June 2004. Also on show is a fine collection of New Guinea works from the collection of Crispin Howarth.
NORVILLE ART PRIZE 2004
John Graham has been accepted as a finalist in the Norvill Art Prize . His work "Striped Hills" is in competition for the $10,000 biannual exhibition. The Norvill prize runs from 24th September to the 17th October at the R.S.L Gallery Murrurundi in New South Wales. Visit - www.norvillprize.org for details.
